Breed restrictions apply.

The animal of choice must meet the weight and breed criteria of the
community.
Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted. Aggressive
breeds may include the following: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, and Pit Bulls
Veterinary documentation must be provided.
All deposits and non-refundable fees must be paid prior to the resident moving to the community.
Each community will determine acceptable animal species and list them on the Leasing Criteria.
Pets are defined as dogs and cats. Exotic pets are not permitted.
If a resident has paid the additional security deposit for the pet, and the pet is later permanently removed from the apartment home, the additional deposit will not be refunded until the resident vacates the apartment home. Each community will determine a nonrefundable fee for all residents who own pets. The amount to be determined is specified in each community and listed in the Community Information Binder. The determined amount is also stated in the Animal Addendum.
For any aquarium over 10 gallons, the resident must provide proof of valid renter's insurance.
Service animals will be accepted without breed, weight restrictions, pet deposit, or fees.
